Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SEA-GULL account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the timepiece's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
